Laramie, Wyo. -
Former Wyoming Cowboys and current NFL players Chris Prosinski and John Wendling returned to visit UW on Thursday. The two Wyoming natives came back to their alma mater to fulfill a Cowboy Joe Club Auction item that they agreed to participate in this past year. The auction item was a two-hour kids clinic for the winning bidder held in War Memorial Stadium.
Prosinski, a native of Buffalo, Wyo., is entering his second season with the Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL. Wendling, a native of Rock Spring, Wyo., has been playing in the NFL since 2007. He was originally a member of the Buffalo Bills before joining the Detroit Lions.
After the kids clinic was completed, Prosinski and Wendling took a few minutes to share their memories as Cowboys and what their lives have been like in the NFL.
